3. Health Disclaimer

Rainscape is provided for entertainment and relaxation purposes only. It is not a medical device or treatment for any sleep disorder, mental-health condition, tinnitus, or other illness. If you have a serious medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. Loud or prolonged audio can damage hearing — keep volume at a safe level.

4. Third-Party Content

Our journal may embed YouTube videos and link to third-party sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content. Your interaction with embedded YouTube videos is also governed by Google's and YouTube's terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
